Welcome to Folk pilates! My name is Kelly, I am a qualified pilates instructor through APPI Unite Health to teach Mat and Reformer pilates.
Whether you want to gain strength, recover from an injury, improve balance and posture or to benefit your general physical and mental wellbeing, Pilates can benefit anyone.
Join us at Folk Pilates Studio located at 95 Steere St Collie for group Mat and Reformer Pilates classes as well as private sessions.

What are my options?

Group classes
45 minute low impact Reformer pilates class designed for all levels of fitness, using small props or body weight through exercises that strengthen the core and connect mind to body in movement.

Private Reformer class
45 minute private reformer based Pilates classes designed to focus on areas or goals you want to achieve.
Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more dynamic than mat based Pilates.

Virtual Reformer Classes in studio
45-50 minutes digital instructor lead full body Reformer pilates class. This class is designed for members who have attended in person group classes before at Folk Pilates. Great for those that what access to more time slots or want to book last minute sessions. Available times are: early morning, mid morning, lunch time and evenings 7 days a week
