Welcome to Folk pilates! My name is Kelly, I am a qualified pilates instructor through APPI Unite Health to teach Mat and Reformer pilates.

Whether you want to gain strength, recover from an injury, improve balance and posture or to benefit your general physical and mental wellbeing, Pilates can benefit anyone.

Join us at Folk Pilates Studio located at 95 Steere St Collie for group Mat and Reformer Pilates classes as well as private sessions.

Group classes

45 minute low impact mat or reformer pilates class designed for all levels of fitness, using small props or body weight through exercises that strengthen the core and connect mind to body in movement.

Private Reformer class

45 minute private reformer based Pilates classes designed to focus on areas or goals you want to achieve.
Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more dynamic than mat based Pilates.

Semi Private Reformer class

45 minute reformer pilates class for you are up to 3 others in a private setting. The class is designed for you and friend/s to feel the benefits of reformer class. Great for those that what a private class but don't want to come alone or to book as a group of friends
